No. The fit conversation is free. If there’s no fit, we both know in 30 minutes.

2–5% depending on scope and stage. This only applies if the partnership evolves to cofounder-level operating scope. It never starts with equity.

That uncertainty is normal. The conversation exists to answer that question together. Many founders discover their biggest bottleneck isn’t what they initially thought.

Advisors give guidance. This is operating work — weekly cadence, hands-on GTM building, real pipeline discipline. The difference is between someone who tells you what to do and someone who does it alongside you.
